For this project we had to do an analysis of a coffee maker. It is intended to give the reader an understanding of the function of an electric drip coffee maker. We chose to study one of the more technologically advanced coffeemakers on the market today. The West Bend® designer series model #56672 electric drip coffee maker is designed to perform the functions of most standard coffee makers, but has several enhancements. The addition of an automatic start timer, automatic on/shut off, "pause and serve," and a clock make it superior to the standard.
